Senior Advisor
Associate Professor of Law at the University of Brescia where he teaches civil law at the High School at the course of teaching degree and at the School for Specialization of Legal Professions.
Ordinary Magistrate from 1992 to 2001, he taught civil law at the High School “Sant’Anna” and at the School for Specialization of Legal Professions in Pisa from 2002 to 2008.
He has particular experience in the post university professional training thanks to the teaching experience in the courses for the preparation of the teaching concourse and to the exam for lawyer at the Università Cattolica of Milan.
Lawyer since 2005, he is registered at the board of cassation since 2010. He was nominated arbiter in numerous proceedings.
A member of the Italian Society of scholars of Civil Law and the Union of External Candidates. He has been spokesman at numerous congresses both in Italy and Latin America on themes relating to contract law, of family law and civil responsibility. He is author of numerous monographs and scientific contributions.
