Francesco Paolo Patti is an Associate Professor for Private Law at the University Bocconi in Milan.
After graduating from Law school with honours at the University of Rome “Roma Tre” in 2010, he attained an LL.M. at the Westfählische Wilhelms-Universität of Münster (Germany) in 2011. Subsequently he completed a doctorate course at the University of Rome “Sapienza” in 2014 in Economy and Business law. He had teaching duties at the Law Department of the University “Roma Tre”, he is the author of a monograph (The conventional determination of the damage, Naples, 2015) and of numerous publications on renowned Italian and international law journals. He was a scholarship holder at the Deutscher Akamischer Austaschdienst (DAAD) and of the Max Planck Gesellschaft. He obtained the qualification for practicing the forensic profession in 2013 and is registered in the Lawyers Association of Rome. He cooperates with the firm since 2010.
