Valerie Moro studied law at the Universities of Regensburg and Rome “Sapienza” as well as at the New York Law School. She earned a doctorate for a thesis in the area of comparative law from the University of Regensburg in 2006 (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Dieter Henrich). She is the author of publications in German and Italian periodicals.
She has been admitted as an attorney at law in Munich since 2002 and in Rome since 2006. Prior to working with PATTI, she practiced in a business law firm in Munich.
Valerie Moro assists clients in German-Italian cases with regard to civil and business law and with special attention to international family and inheritance law. She is specialized on international arbitration and maintains a collaboration to an international law firm in New York. Furthermore, she is managing director of Brembo Deutschland GmbH.
She is a member of the Munich Lawyers Association, the French law association Henri Capitant and of PIN. Friends of the Pinakothek der Moderne.
